The dickie velcros around the neck and also ties in the back. The costume is accented with a red cummerbund that ties into place and a red bow tie which is secured with velcro. The half mask is made from plastic and is secured in place with an elastic strap. It's painted with great detail and features a disturbing and eerie dummy face.
